You should see the key for the game there.
If not, check with your bank.
YOu're not supposed to get anything when you click on it. It just means you have a key to the game.
I'm guessing neither of you have an Origin/EA account?
YOu need one to play it and it has to be linked to your steam account which can only be done in your Origin/EA account settings within Account preferences under Connections.
It's stupid, I know.
Hmm
Have you tried launching the game through Origin and are you sure you're logged in, let alone, into the correct origin account?
[edit]
Just created a new origin account and tried launching the game. I'm getting all the same errors you people are getting.
Log in to the correct origin account.
If you don't know what that is then ask for a refund and restart the process using THE CORRECT information.
I checked. The DLC posts "Mass Effect Legendary Edition - Key" but when I click on it, all it does is open the Steam page. I've uninstalled Steam and Origin apps and reinstalled them. Then reinstalled ME while both were running. Same issue. The game is definitely bought and installed. Just won't run.
And still can't seem to find someone at Steam who will actually assist, even to just give me my money back.
Thank you all for your assistance
