Tactician achievement bugged?

I was checking my achievements and found out I have 0/20 progress in it despite having numerous biotic combos done. After that I tested for a bit, neither detonating combos that damage enemies or the combos that kill enemies will make any progress.

It's a known bug. If you use powers too quickly, the game won't count it as a combo. After priming someone with biotics, wait a second or two, then use a biotic detonator.

I tried all the methods, using both powers instantly from power wheel, one after another after letting go of wheel and your method of waiting too, nothing. It seems my save file is somewhat bugged or something idk. I will try make a new save just for the achievement purpose and see if it works.

Hello, did you find the solution? I have a same problem too but it seems not working whatever create a new save file or using power slowly.

I have not played in a while so I don't remember, sorry. Probably it was still bugged for me.
