Entirely depends on if you want to use mods, or specific resolutions consoles don't natively support and what your primary gaming platform is... to name a few.

PC without a doubt.

- Superior surface area and precision when aiming and during combat with mouse/keyboard (and you can still plug in a controller if you're that desperate)
- Faster loading times with most modern PC's because of SSD/M.2 compared to Xbox One and PS4's outdated stock HDD's
- More buttons to map moves to
- Superior graphically

Same CPU & ram, but I have 2080 you are still good PC end wise vs what consoles can do... Get a 3080 whenever that day comes like I'm trying to do & you are future proofed for a while...

I'm planning to try it out on a new PC. I can't say if I know it'll be better on console, since I've only played the PC version.

The game play probably won't be to different, but I'd recommend to do some research.

Then yes, you'd be doing yourself a huge disservice if you opted for PS4/Xbox One version over PC with those specs.

Any game is better on PC. There's nothing a console can do, that a PC can't do and better.

I got a Series X and still getting this on PC (albeit I do have a 3080). I use the console just to check out games on game pass and for backwards compatibility games that I can't play on PC. Pretty much PC is always the superior platform plus there are the mods. The number of mods of the OG Mass Effect games are too long to count.
