So.. one guy knows nothing about the more subtle types of censorship, another doesnt understand projection.. and another thinks being weak is purely physical. These forums are a pit.

BUT there's a bit of a caveat. I don't know if it was like this is in original ME3, but in Legendary Edition, If I headshotted someone behind cover, their head exploded just fine. if they were just standing out in the open, it would be a bit of a crapshoot. with it, at least for me, being unlikely.
This is without inputting skillpoints in anything.
In short, headshots are in the game. they were not removed. it's either just bugged, or working exactly as intended.
ME3:LE might be just bugged in some instances.
