What level of graphics quality am I going to be able to run this game on without impacting FPS or overheating my computer at the current system requirements? Also, are these the finalised system requirements or are they placeholders?

It's impossible to know, guys. No one has the game to do benchmarks yet. A 1060 probably won't play it on high, I'd guess medium if you want decent FPS, but again, none of us have it.
