EDI's quote is from one of her dialogues towards her romance with Joker.
Shepard's quote about krogan is a renegade option from Mordin's loyalty mission, I think.
M-44's quote is from Overlord DLC when you roam a hub that connects all the stations.
Shepard's quote about cure is from Noveria: quarantine during dialogue with Cohen (not sure too, but I remember that I was talking with some kind of a doctor).
Wrex's quote is from his banter with Garrus in ME1 during elevator sequences.

EDI comment is after a mission on the Normandy, refers to Joker.... can't recall which mission but I do remember the quote.
The clueless soul planning taking on Garrus/Archangel was on the way into Afterlife.
M-44 Hammerhead comments are in the Overlord DLC, on the planet were Cerberus plugged David into the AI.
