Liara romance in ME 2 does not count toward the stage II of the romance achievement?

Is this a bug or did I miss something? Romanced Liara in ME 1, reaffirmed love during shadow broker DLC on her base, invited her to Normandy for mind loving, and didnt get achievement by end of ME2?

The achievement description says that successfully rekindling the relationship should count but doesn't at the moment. Perhaps it's another bug.

OP is right, same thing happened to me with Liara.. However to get the achievement the romances do not have go in order, eg ME 1, 2, 3. I ended up getting stage 2 in ME 3, then got got stage 3 in ME2 with my other Shephard..

The romance with Liara in the Shadow Broker DLC sadly never counted for the Paramour achievement in Mass Effect 2, even in the original games.
Has to be one of the team members on the Normandy.

The achievement only triggers on the way to the Omega 4 relay if you have a active romance with someone on board that visits your cabin at that point.
Since Liara cant do that it does not trigger the achievement.

And players already complained about that 11 years ago but it was never changed, not even for this LE.
