Human councilor after Udina
Hi everyone
Who would you choose to be a councilor after Udina (ME3) if it was up to you?

Ashley Wiliams :P
Because we know a huge number of high ranking diplomats and military leaders?

Ok, Kelly from ME2, because she actually wants to help people, and I like cute redheads...

probably someone very similar to him. a human who knows how to manipulate and wield his political power to protect human interests on the galactic council.

Just so long as I don't want to punch them five seconds after hearing them talk for the first time.... yes five seconds, I counted...

Only if I can shoot him as well.... preferably in the head during his acceptance speech.

And Verner can also be killed, but I thought why not just threw them under the hypothetical politics bus.

Emily Wong is too good (and dead) to be put into politics.
Khalisa, on the other hand...

Journalists have rarely made great politicians; very different temperments. Diana Allers, maybe. She has a much more political role as an Alliance-aligned war correspondent. Some great political leaders came from the ranks of War Correspondents, including Winston Churchill.

But that's certainly a stretch. Most or all of the tertiary political types we met or heard about during ME1-2 were killed by Reapers. Wiping out political leadership is a key tactic of the Reapers. Hence Primarch Victus, who was way down the Turian succession list.

I know you were joking, but this would actually be a good choice.

It was half-joke, half-serious. I know what a lot of people think about her, but she might get along with Turians and maybe Salarians, not to mention she'd put human interests first.

Conrad Verner for sure. He's the perfect poser politician. I'm kind of sorry I got him killed. Guess I'll have to go with Khalisah Bint Sinan al-Jilani once she recovers from the broken jaw and concussion. I'm sure 'Bint' has it's Arabic meaning here and not the one the English gave it when they were in control of Egypt. I still laugh every time I see it though because the slang meaning suits her perfectly.
