I'm away from my computer but I only have Citadel DLC, Cerberus HQ, and Earth left and I'm over 8000.
Ended the game myself with 8184.
Big stuff tends to matter the most, like destroying the heretics (cause it hurts the quiran fleet less) and making peace between, saving the queen in ME1 and 3, loyalty quests in ME2 and keeping them alive adds up a lot.
Others are gamey like killing wrex and destroying the data in ME2 lets you get both the krogan and salarian assets without any problems is you destroy the cure. That's also the only way to keep Mordin alive and have him sing for you again in ME3
The Destroy/Rewrite actually equals out if you achieve peace.
Rewrite= +150 Geth, -150 Quarian
Destroy= -150 Geth, +150 Quarian
Most things equal out regardless of alignment. The biggest factor is doing the side stuff like scanning planets, side missions, and DLC.
