Mass Effect 3: Quarian/Geth Peace: Options Not Showing

I'm having an issue where in Priority: Rannoch, the option to make peace between the Geth and Quarians is not showing up. As far as I can tell, I meet all of the requirements that I can find in any guide.

I have nearly maxed out Paragon reputation, Tali and Legion are both alive and loyal from ME 2, and I did the Geth Fighter Squadron mission.

Also, I know you gain points from various actions. From what I've done, I have 2 from Tali being loyal, 1 from resolving the argument between her and Legion peacefully, 1 from doing the Admiral Koris mission, and another from actually saving him, so I should have 5 points toward the check to get peace. Has anyone else had this issue? Did I miss something or perhaps did they change these requirements somehow?

They seem to have broken the game. They should not have bothered fixing achievements if it meant breaking the game. I have experienced a number of issues playing this that I didn't encounter when I first played it. Very disheartening it tells me me4 is gonna suck hard.

I did figure this one out, in case anyone else gets confused by this. I had to make the initial choice to do the upload, then I got to the choice to persuade them to make peace. I was hesitant to try that at first since I didn't want to see the Quarians get shredded.

Choose one side (I usually choose Tali's side) then the other side pipes up that it will wipe them out, and voila a peace option comes up.

Tali and Legion's loyalty missions need to done in certain ways for the points to be counted. For Tali she must NOT be exiled from the Quarian fleet. If you managed to convince the admirals that Tali is guilty, Tali will be exiled. You still gain Tali's loyalty but not the 2 points. Legion will become loyal regardless of your decision during his loyalty mission (provided you resolve the argument), but for the 2 points to count you must DESTROY the heretics. The logic behind this is a stronger Geth inflicted more casualties on Quarians that they are less willing to go for peace.
