Sparing Kyrrahe grants less War Asset ?

Hi there,

Out of curiosity: I happened to come across one result on google that mentioned this... is it true? I mean, I remember some actions in ME1 allowed him and his troop o survive Virmire, and that by doing so he would join as an Asset in ME3.

But apparently him not joining ends up in someone stronger joining !!! Is this some kind of calcuation error? Coz I believe he was meant to be an addition to Assets, and not an (inferior) option to that...

not heard that one, Kirrahe is needed to save the Salarian councillor if you don't recruit Thane for that....

Letting the Salarian councillor die will definitely lose you war assets, other than that I've never heard that Kirrahe would cost you anything before.... Not that it's an issue, you should be able to get all the endings quite easily.

i think if u make no effort to save him in Virmire then the dude that replaces him grants stronger asset altogether... not sure coz i have not even finished ME1...
