Lost save game data

I was playing ME1 LE and, after 4 hours of playing, I finally travelled for the first time around the galaxy. Regular saves along the way, that was yesterday.

Today I load the game and I go back to 2.5 hours of gameplay. My save files absent after that time, even autosave reset to 2.5 hours. I tried to switch to local saves from cloud saves, but the same. Funny thing, the steam achievements I got for becoming a Spectre remained, as well as some other minor achievements, so it really happened.

Really disappointed. I have not seen such an issue with save game data in many many years. Now I doubt if getting a refund or continuing and risking losing again a full gameplay session.

Same here, finished ME started ME2 with imported save, got first achievment on steam from ME2, one day later everything gone, just the first save from where I played like 3 hours to get to ME2, and I even saved regularly. I have save nr 11 and I finished ME at save 14. I also saved manually in ME2, also gone. Anyone any solution to this?

Have you disabled cloud saves?
All cloud saves, from PC, Steam and Origin?
