5/4 Conducting Pattern?

This is hard to describe without a diagram but anyone who has played in an ensemble that has a conductor knows the standard conducting patterns from 2/4 , 3/4 and 4/4 but 5/4 often can be done is different ways. Had anyone figured out which pattern the 5/4 is in and can provide maybe a link to that pattern?
