What happened to Libra Heart AII?

I checked their Twitter and the last post was from over a year ago.

There's still some bugs that need to be ironed out, but since Critical Bliss are only the publishers, this ultimately is up to Libra Heart to fix. Did something happen to the dev?

The developer has a page on Ci-En (an analog of Patreon). On it he wrote that he was creating a new game, Lily Gaiden Succubus, which he was going to release this year. In February he wrote that he would be taking a break for a couple months, since then there has been no news from him.
