You could also try downloading the Unity Engine itself and try playing with that, here's the link

lack of errors in the log could indicate that it's not a Windows problem. Try running it with the 770 maybe?

From there I'd maybe load BIOS defaults and give it a try but apart from that my only other
integrity and version of UnityPlayer.dll in your Sons folder to make sure it's signed by Unity themselves. My version is 2022.2.16 13700.
