That'll make it day one. And just press F1 or press enter when the window is open to close it.
And next time you play, if you want it to stay day one you'd type in locktimeofday
You might have to type in on/off or true/false after that but I can't remember.
Also whenever you close the game and reload, you'd have to type cheatstick again to activate the console command window.
But the locktimeofday I use a lot on my multiplayer game. I build when my friend can't play and I don't want the days to keep passing by when she's not on.
I just did an experiment... I used the zipline extender mod, made some towers really far from each other, then connected them with ziplines, uninstalled red loader and all mods, then loaded up that save, and the ziplines are still there! Very cool.
I play with a controller so I use a mod that lets you change weapons and stuff using L1 or R1. I also like one that lets you build underwater. And I also use one that shows how much ammo you have.
Most stuff I use is quality of life mods or building type stuff. I'm not on the pc right now but I think I'm using 11 mods total.
I had tried the gyrocopter one before but I couldn't get it to work right. So I just un-installed that one.
EDIT: found it. Sorry.
The only thing that changes is the zoom button on the controller. It changes that button to be a showcase for a weapon you're holding. If you're holding a weapon and press that button then it'll look like it's first time you picked it up with the animations. I just had to change the map zoom on my controller to something else.
But besides that using L1 and R1 for changing weapons doesn't affect anything else that I've noticed. Just make you still make hotkeys with the keyboard first and then you can swap with those buttons.
There is some console commands to remove stubborn pillars. And one of the mods that has a bunch in it allows you to build underwater. I've actually made either a zipline to a dock or long bridge out to the raft with it.
Here's the video for the console command and how to use it.
