Getting more C4?

I am quite a long way into the game, "one Alien fragment left ",but I have not been able to find any c4 for ages, it does not seem to re-spawn any more in V1.0 ? even bullets are extremely scarce compared to how they used to be when I played some time ago.

is there a reliable place to get it now after it has been previously looted ?

Yeah turn on item respawns, visit helicopter crash.

Go to the abandoned camp where you get the modern axe; you'll find a case that's open and always respawns two bricks of C4.

This is the best spot its located .... North EAST of the Entertianment bunker ..

Cross the narrow river which is North and close to the Entertianment bunker but go North EAST from the entertainment bunker...

Check out EVERY shown small pond which is north east of entertainment ... its basically the first tiny pond north east of the entertainment bunker one full sprint from the entertainment bunker will get you there ..

its also south west from the dude that has the flashlight that was handing with a gps and had booze bottles near em..

This camp has two tents and crates as mentioned the modern axe is here ..

I often build a quick shelving unit at places like this and put extra gear on the shelves..
