The battery situation aggravates me ...

They are only consistently in the Entertainment Bunker ... I think thats the name of it .. .the one that ya see when ya get the rebreather ...

You can find them in other spots but is by luck, hit and miss, and only once ???

yea if you want the loot in boxes to re-spawn you'll need to either restart or mod your current save to allow boxes to re-spawn or start a custom game and turn off boxes don't re-spawn towards the bottom

yeah seems the only way to get batteries without camping the Entertainment Bunker ..

The entertainment bunker has 2 and there's a camp with 2 that spawn. to find this camp, go to the firemans axe bunker and follow the path until you come up to a tent campsite on your left (it has a knight v). walk from that camp towards the ocean and there's a small camp with 2 batteries and some 9mm ammo that respawn. just past this camp is a clearing (close to the beach) with 4 ammo/explosive cases so if you find this first the campsite over looks this clearing.

I still stockpile batteries but i only use them for the flashlight and explosive arrows. when i get to 6 batteries i stop looting all containers until i can store them. i tend to revisit places so i don't mind leaving them until later. Would be nice if batteries showed up occasionally in skin pouches.

They also come in skin pouches. I always store excess skin pouches on shelves.

i think anyone is lucky that we even have batteries at all in the game. The primitive crafting element of this survival game is neglected, and 'loot' is expected to always be available. So we get aggravated that we can't find a lot of batteries.

It keeps me on one side of the map but actually I don't need to be because after I have 20 explosive arrows I don't use them up quick but I think its a fobia .. but them recently I got into hang gliding finally figuring out how to zoom up high so I can go anywhere so now with hang gliding the map is smaller and easier to zoom someplace then run up a cliff somewhere and jump.
