Consistent crashing in the Food Bunker
Whenever I reach the 4th flooded room in the food bunker, past the 3 flooded hydroponics rooms, the game instantly crashes to desktop, and I can't progress any further. I have no clue what's going on, AFAIK there's no other room, cave, or bunker that crashes my game, it's just the Food Bunker, and it's kinda sad because I really wanna see what's past the flooded rooms.

I've tried checking game files, switching drives, and messing with the settings, but so far nothing's worked. Please help!

That's an oddly specific place to crash. I'd be inclined to think it's a driver issue. Make sure your drivers are up to date. If it's just recently started this after a driver update maybe try rolling back the update.

I had issues like this on my lower end pc with dollmare. I fixed that issue ok lol.

I have been having issues with crashing in the game as have many others, and after trying numerous fixes I hapenned upon one that worked for me. Hopefully this works for some of you.

All you need to do is increase your virtual memory

-In the windows search bar, search "advanced system settings"

-In the advanced tab, press on the "settings" of the performance part.

-Navigate to advanced tab and then press "change" in the virtual memory part

-uncheck "automatically manage paging file sizes for all drives" and select the drive on which the game is installed

-Select custom size further down

-Set initial size to 1.5 times the amount of ram you have in megabytes. If you have 8gb that would be 12288,if you have 16gb then it would be 24576

-Set maximum size to 3 times the amount of ram you have. 24576 if 8gb of ram and 49152 if 16. If you have more or less do the maths yourself

-Set and apply all changes and start the game

From google.........................take with pinch of salt.

I ♥♥♥♥ you not I circumvented this by keeping my head underwater in the room where it crashes. For some reason that I don't understand, instead of a hard crash to desktop I only got a small hitch and after that the game just kept going.

I have absolutely zero clue how or why this worked, but I am NOT complaining.
