Need help setting up Dedicated Server

There seems to be a complete lack of any information provided anywhere for setting up a dedicated server. There was a guide to it that was very simple, but it doesn't cover some of what I need, or the error I get trying to launch the server.

So one of the things I need, is all the possible configs and launch options. I noticed some curly brackets in the config file that indicate there can be extra configs inside. I was wondering what could go in those.

"CustomGameModeSettings": {}

Surely there's some options that can go in both of those. I kinda wish it would just show all the default settings within the bracketed areas so one could change them rather than have to research and find settings to add.

Second thing I need to bring up, is that my server crashes the instant I attempt to start it. .... ... Wow, this log file is awful, and useless. It starts after the error.... I also can't copy paste the CMD contents either so now I have to grab a screenshot of it instead... Seriously....

According to GPT, the dedicated server tool is trying to load graphics, when the dedicated server has no graphics card. It doesn't make sense that a dedicated server tool would require graphics processing.
