Skip Winter?

Is there a mod or something that can skip winter? I've already started a game and don't want to restart. Winter is cool and all but when I started exploring the map and came along camps and stuff, I found that a lot of detail was hidden under the snow and therefore kinda took away from the game for me. Also when building, everything is under snow and I'd rather at least have a shorter winter.

I myself are not too fond of winters either. So in summer I would collect an insane amount of logs and large stones, to build with in winter. For reasons as you mentioned, I never explore during winter. I just build, and eat the crazy amount of food I stored up in summer, lol.

Use the dev console commands to skip the season.

settimeofday: Use this command to set the time of day to a specific hour. For example, settimeofday 23 sets the time to 11 PM. By repeatedly setting the time to 11 PM and waiting a few minutes until the game rolls over to the next day, you can effectively skip days.

setcurrentday: This command allows you to change the current day directly. For example, setcurrentday 10 will change the day to day 10. This can be used to skip ahead to a specific day.
