Suggestion for defense for wall
first of all I think that how we can build a defense wall after this new update it is really amazing, however it will be even better if we will be able to build a defense wall on the top of a normal wall, or on the top of foundation

Unless a person wants it for aesthetics, I've always thought that walls were a waste of time. And they don't have any aesthetics for me.

For your materials, work, and time messing around with walls, just make traps. Then more traps. A variety of them. And not in ugly perfect lines or squares of them either. Be a bit random-looking and artful about it in order to address the practicalities. You'll be very surprised and relieved by how effective they are.

Forget walls. Of any kind. Maybe a low stone fence or stick fence literally just for 'looks'. But forget walls.
I've built medium-height stone walls (or log wall) with traps on my side of them. It's very effective against the critters because they're forced to jump the walls and that lands them right into my traps. They're sliced, they're diced, they're tossed, they're deep-fat fried. The fun just never ends.
I completely agree. It would be really nice to be able to build defensive walls on a platform, foundations, or other structures.

They're not a waste of time at all. Walls are great for channelizing enemies into certain areas and you can then concentrate your traps in those spots.
