Revolver Sights are misalligned. Why?

Why are the revolver sights misalligned?

Maybe it was dropped, or damaged in a gun fight before you picked it up?

Not sure, but I think the reload animation is more obvious. Shoot one bullet, reload, all casings fall out, yet all casings still remain in the cylinder while you reload new bullets. Really unpolished. Also, 9mm rimless rounds from a pistol designed to be placed in a pistol magazine will fall out of the front of a 9mm revolver's cylinder without moon clips. Unless they are 9mm rimmed-casing rounds (which won't fit in a 9mm pistol's magazine due to the bigger rims). Because the casing is either rimmed or rimless centrefire. Try explaining this to a developer that doesn't know guns, yet wants to put the Chiappa Rhino in their game.
