Worth it for singleplayer only?
Title.

Would you play this game if there is no multiplayer?

Yes. Its the most scary and challenging with one player.

Singleplayer last difficulty 113 day (122 hours on steam)
Multiplayer makes the game significantly easier (unless your bud decides you look like a tree and tries to chop you down). I agree that single-player mode is the most interesting and challenging. I play 99% of my time in single-player mode.

I only play this game in singleplayer mode.
Multiplayer ruins the immersion/atmosphere, in my opinion.

single player is good. never played multiplayer but i would think you would have to play on max settings to make the game as hard as it can be for that to be fun.
Yes.

Yep. I played the first one solo as well. I play most games solo though so I'm used to it lol. Kinda feel like multiplayer is cheaty with games like this. Everything is easy when you play with someone else. People only want multiplayer BECAUSE it makes thing a lot easier. :crtstressed:

People play multiplayer games for the social aspects, competitiveness or shared experience. It's not to make the game easier. You really don't understand gamer culture.

What is easer? You are alone and get attack by 4 cannibals from all sides and in one time. Or you play 4 player and get attacked by 4 cannibals (each player can kill 1) Your base is attacked by horde of canniballs and those try destroy it. What is easer defend alone or 4 players? Game progress by days increase cannibals strenght, cave mutants attack and count. What is faster build base alone or with 4 players?

I mean this depends on your personality type. People tend to love singleplayer when introverts, multiplayer when more extroverted or competitive.

You misunderstood what I and the other person were talking about. Reread.

It's not to make game easer, but game now is easer.
