Time itself has stopped. Any help?
Took me to realize why my needs were not changing, no enemies were around, etc. The day itself has been suspended in my SP game. I can still run around and play and K&V seem just fine.

This is a sp game that was started before the last update so I'm not sure if that broke time somehow? I can prob just start a new game but anyone else know a fix?

Same here, time passes like in real life.

Pretty sure there's no setting where a day goes way over and hour with zero change in the position of the sun or the weather... I'm also pretty sure your thirst and hunger shouldn't stay at 100% that long either.. sleep meter not going down either.

Is there some way to actually see the time of day?? It would help verify what I'm seeing with legit proof..

Ok I guess it is realistic day length in that it seems to be real time. That's just interesting tho because I swear it was not going this slow so as to be actual real time at the same setting before the patch.

I noticed the same after the patch. Realistic meant 90 days per season but the day length was quicker, but now the daily time is advancing in really slow.

Yeah I think it's cool that there's a 1:1 time setting and it does let me sleep to advance. I guess I could always edit the save.

Simply change to long or normal setting or short day length.

how do you change that once you're well within a game? the option is not in the "continue" menu.

my mplayer game was set to long. after the last patch in March it's nearly 1 for 1 to real time. I've been on day 66 for about 9 hours of real play time.

Ok so follow the guide after backing up your save to another hdd.

So look what it says and you will see either long or realistic or default depends what you set.
So you will be seasons or days etc and you will see long all you do is delete long and put default or short instead then go to file at top of notepad and save.

Ive changed everything and it works fine mid game but always back up your save file first just incase you do it wrong.
