I saw her dancing. Seemed to be rejoicing after I killed another spawn if cannibals.

I just seen this happen here too. She came and grieved over one cannibal and then danced. I keep trying to find some sort of information as to why. The AI in this game is unbelievable!!! Like her cries are to deep to not feel sorrowful, then to dance could there be something more to it? I don't know but I'd love to find out!

There was a Patch who included that, of course, only the female cannibal dance by the Radio.
Have you the Radio? Or it's just bugged Out Like everything Else.

I have seen cannibal female-girls dancing, was not Virginia.
I have also seen female cannibals crying over dead loved ones.

Could be some kind of mourning ritual, these are inspired by primitive tribal cultures after all.
Or it could just be a good old bug :)

You Guys really don't read patchnotes ...

"Female cannibals will sometimes drink blood from village troughs or from dead animals, cheer for other family members and occasionally dance to radio music"

Was the 4 Update.
