Cooking Pot Guide ???

Using the cooking pot for example when you boil water you can make a lot of different recipes .. Is there a guide that explains what each one does or does anyone have any info or suggestions as to which ones are there favorites ... Thanks ..

Greg stew is my go-to recipe: water, 1 head, 2 arms, and 2 legs. You get a strength buff for a reasonable length of time. One pot gives you four hits. I don't know about the rest.
