Help- broken bunker door

Please read: I avoid spoilers and guides as much as possible. I do know that a t previously openable door via keycard must be opened differently now, *but I am not necessarily asking about that door*

I went up to a keycard reader at a bunker I found and accidentally swung my weapon while approaching. I then noticed the circuit board on the ground and the broken reader.

I can’t figure out if this is the bunker I spoke of above, or if I actually broke a keycard reader? Like is it possible to break keycard readers for non essential bunkers?

The bunker door looked like… two modern doors. Just closed. Probably the most obvious looking bunker I’ve encountered so far.
