Since the game is extremely CPU taxing, DLSS does indeed make no difference but just putting more load on it.
Try maxing out every GFX settings but CPU relevant ones such as rendering distance, physics etc.
Also try capping the FPS to a more reasonable frame rates such as 60. This will leave both the game engine and your CPU leave more room. and performance should be way more stable.
Lol. Yeah, go ahead and set your max fps to 60 with that 4090. Just silly.
Even a 4090 can only render what the CPU is capable of calculating, genius.
And running a game that is extremely CPU taxing on a CPU that is known to have serious issues on load, is currently not a particularly wise choice either.
So yes, unless you want to grill your intel any further, the 60 fps limit is a very viable and smart option in this case.
Good job at being easily offended genius. I just meant that it's silly to have to cap frames at 60 fps for anybody who buys highest end hardware. Intel needs to get their junk together when their premium cpu can't play games without stuttering. And cannot utilize the best gpu on the gaming market.
On my Gsync Monitor I had a weird stutter issue in game. (Like Game Engine Stuttering)
FPS where in the mid 90. But it felt very laggy. After turning off VSync, the game runs butter smooth.
