CTRL then F1 is what worked for me.
I use a EN US Keyboard layout.
I don't have any other explanation as to why I have to use Ctrl then F1.
My keyboard does have a 10 key with it. Would that cause any problems?
I thought most standardized keyboard comes with a 10 key. Don't quote me though. I may be wrong lol
Start a game or load a save, load into the game, hit Esc, then now type cheatstick then hit F1. Works for me. If that dont work then its something else.
Ok I loaded a save in singleplayer not going to test it any further because Im lazy - caps locks was ON but I think it does not matter .. I typed the word
cheatstick
then I pressed the <ENTER> key
THEN, I pressed F1 to make sure it was working ..
not doing any more testing .. maybe you need to press Enter .. maybe you don't hope you get it working ..
Ok ya don't have to press Enter .. it is working for me even with caps lock off
I exited loaded a save in Singleplayer and typed cheatstick and pressed F1 .. the F1 jargon came up ..
WHEN you type cheatstick your CHARACTER may move ... DO NOTHING - just type the next correct letter .. your INVENTORY may open up .. again .. DO NOTHING just type the correct next letter
