1.0 release next week but game is still misogynistic?
Okay, so the game's full release is next week but it still continues to project a really reallyyy strong sexist undertone.

I raised a few problems during early access and none of them were addressed, which proves there's a level of gender bias on the part of the devs:

- One big problem is Virginia’s swimsuit becoming see through in the rain. The 'feature' appears to only cater to perverts (mostly men let's be real), and it’s weird why the devs would intentionally add it, literally going out of their way... It’s a questionable decision and it's inappropriate.

- Virginia’s default outfit itself is a swimsuit, which is unnecessary and really objectifying. We all know why they did it though, ew.

- The achievement icon for placing a GPS tracker on Virginia is an engagement ring, which is just unsettling. Creeps me out.

- Despite playable female characters being one of the most popular requests in both of their games, the devs have disregarded the feedback, along with not addressing any of the other issues.

So, the game gives of a massive sexist and misogynistic vibe. Are the devs going to address ANY of these issues post launch?

@KAtMAi they don't really care. They're just here for the Steam store points farming.

Zzzzzzzz, why do you keep lying and moaning instead of making an argument? You're like that other guy who is obsessed with men vs women and politics, why are you avoiding the actual topic so much?

Maybe cos you can't and you just like the misogyny in the game, so you're getting upset and defensive about it?

You sound young dumb and full of ...... hahaha. by the way it rhymes with dumb. hahaha Can"t play any games without hyper focusing on the female characters? You and the woke community is the only problem in the world. I didn"t even notice those details until i put the old swimsuit back on for curiosities after reading your post. this and all your future comments should be directed towards the 18+ game dev"s. And its not the rated M games im talking about silly you.

Stop with your misandry!
Here's a thought, go play something else. No one cares that your feelings are hurt. The devs can make what they want. Don't like it? Piss off! It's not for you!

but my hang up is where the op says that mostly men are perverts? Excuse me? Sexist? Read your words again.

Omg, I'm pointing out the devs are appealing to people with inappropriate interests (pervs), who are MOSTLY (the vast majority) men.

You seem older so your perspective on these kinds of issues are gonna be super biased, it's no wonder you misunderstood and got defensive over that.
Spoiler alert, the majority of gamers are still MEN! Deal with it! Gaming almost doesn't give men anything these days, The only notable example right now is Stellar Blade. Stfu and go do something else. No one cares about your hurt feelings!

You need to go play something else and let us enjoy our misogyny :crtcool:

No I'm gonna give my feedback.

Another problem is that the devs sexist choices with the game have drawn a similarly sexist community, proven by the type of replies I've already had, shocking.
Cope dumb ass
Shocking absurdity.

Let's leave it at that.

I made my argument. I argue that you are here to farm for Steam store points with your discussion topic and that you don't really care about the stuff you've mentioned in your discussion topic because you can't even approach the matter civily. I'm not avoiding the topic. I've addressed it in an earlier comment here. That is after you posted this to further solidify the misogyny you truly have toward males. Whether I like misogyny in the game or not is irrelevant of this discussion. Sorry, I won't be baited down that path.

What I will say is when you say things like "...most perverts are men..." you're showing the whole world that you favour stereotyping, discriminating and prejudice moreover fair and non-bias discussion. Everything I said here is exactly what you're doing with this discussion.
I disagree. I see nothing wrong with it so cry harder troll. It's video game. Don't like what you see then go play something else.
I like nipples I like when they poke out through wet clothes it is nice.

Cos it's true, like look at the 'adult entertainment industry' and how almost every single man in existence watches it. Look at the massive disparity in the number of men and woman who commit sexual crimes. Look at how any media that caters to men contains pervy content, just like this game.

Sorryyy, but it's just a fact and I think it's wrong for the devs to be doing it here considering this is just a survival horror game.

Ally, babe.

Don't strawman.

'adult entertainment industry'?

We are inside a novel.

You understand this, yes?
