Sons of the Forest overheating issue

Hi guys. So I've recently bought sons of the forest. I have a Nitro 5, processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-11400H @ 2.70GHz. RTX 3050. 16GB RAM. 64-Bit.

Temperatures are at 88C to 91C for CPU and GPU can go up to 86C. I'm running the game at ULTRA LOW settings.

My laptop is well ventilated, attached to a separate monitor and has a cooling pad IETS.

Please please help me figure out on how I can decrease the temperature as I don't want to risk damaging my laptop because I want to play this game lol.

laptop are easily cook with how it compact like that

buy a sledge hammer, smash the laptop, buy a decent pc, problem solved :D
