How we suppose to know our base needs repair .. Just by Looking at it ???

I just have Kelvin under the maintain base command and he will do repairs as needed.

I don't believe kelvin will fix electric wires that get knocked out of the electric fences for what it's worth.. you may have to pick the wire back up and stick it back in place yourself. Same with rocks that dislodge from the spikes. Correct me if I'm wrong.

That I'm not sure about those as I've never built either.
