Any idea? I run it on a 1080p monitor. Do I have to buy a wqhd ?
Let me look at these settings, brb...
I am back...
Anisotropic Textures = On
Terrain Anisotropic Textures = High
Texture Resolution = Ultra
Film Grain = Off
You can also attempt FSR but this depends on the GPU. Older Nvidia GTX GPU's and Radeon seemingly use FSR 2.0 better than both FSR 1.0 and 3.0 but it depends system by system but can really improve quality but impact performance (found as Dynamic Resolution).
If Dynamic Resolution is already turned on, try turning it off.
Now all this does depend on your CPU and GPU which I am in the dark about.
If you have at or over the recommended requirements, there is no issue with using the highest settings. Imo, if you are over the recommended settings, you should be able to use FSR without issues.
Personally, I only tried FSR 3.0 because somehow the game defaulted it that way crashing my system although I have used FSR 2.0 successfully in other games.
Ryzen 7 1800x - GTX 1080Ti
As far as RTX and Radeon settings, I have no idea but others may have a solution.
I have an RTX 3060
16 GB RAM DDR4
Ryzen 7 5700G
System and game installed on an Corsair MP 600 Pro
Go with FSR 3.0 but if that stutters go with FSR 2.0 but 3.0 is far superior so there should be no issues.
There is a certain way to set the RTX up with game settings and I think Nvudia Control Panel, although I only work with GTX so hopefully someone with experience using RTX GPU's comes to help out also.
If you are using G-Sync turn on Low Latency = Ultra is all I know...
And possibly if using exclusive fullscreen/full screen to turn of Fullscreen Optimization in Compatibility settings, but that is only what I overheard - no experience with RTX.
You can also try Nvidia Control Panel Setting - Texture Filtering and turn it to High Quality just to check if that helps the textures become more sharp.
With my experience using the game setting,FSR 3.0, all textures were amazingly sharp, crisp, and detailed using Nvidia Control Panel High Quality Texture Filtering hand-in-hand.
That is my two cents...
