Trapped in cave where you find shovel

I cant get out of the cave where you get the shovel, im out of zipline ropes and I dont have any explosives left to take out the big flesh monster blocking the other part of the cave

There should be an explosive item spawn in that cave you can save and exit (hope you have a tarp and a stick) then go get the explosive.
