If I make Survival Damage Off is this godmode

If I make Survival Damage Off in options will prevent me from having to get water and food I am just trying to learn the controls and stuff without being hassled by enemies or anything else ..

For example, it took me 30 min to figure out how to save the game and stuff these are the type of idiots that buy this game and play it .. oooopsie

Survival damage off is just that, no damage from food and water being low; but having low food and water will still handicap you in some ways as your stamina will be very low even with full rest.

As for saving the game, I'm used to playing games that have an autosave feature and manual saves were just to create save points in case I really f'ed up. So I went to day 5 in my first game died, and alt f4ed only to find there was no continue option. So I understand what you mean about taking time to figure out how to save.

At the end of the day play how ever makes it fun for you. I play with survival damage off, but penalties for eating the wrong food is harsh so I can't just slurp down a rotten oyster.
