Cannibals arms and legs not cooking

I tried to eat some cannibals arms and legs when i placed them on fire and it has 2 stages, being raw or turning into bones, there's no stage when i can eat them and it will not give me sickness or only raise the fullness meter by a little bit. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

I tried this with a cannibal head, hoping for a skull, and it just disappeared. I'm guessing it's a bug.

I just started playing, but I was able to cook and eat cannibal pieces though it took a little trial and error.

1. build a small fire
   
   
2. look for the fire emblem and interact with it to open the fire management menu
   
   
3. place the limbs in the fire. Press G to immediately close the menu after placing the limbs
   
   
4. Wait for the limbs to turn red. Cooked cannibal meat is the same color as raw animal meat.

Im having the same issue btw but only in coop not single player. STILL THOUGH it makes the game a bit of pain to not cook humans xD

Same issue with a dedicated server on nitrado.
Its either raw or bones.

Also, the drying rack doesnt seem to work. Food just stays raw. (After a full day)

Not having this issue on my end in multiplayer. Idk the exact time it takes to dry but it's probably around a day if not greater.

Your world setting matter too.
