60-80 FPS normal?

Are these normal FPS ranges for a 2080 ti + i9 10900X and 32GB RAM? Even turning settings to absolute lowest only bumps me up to like 90 fps. 60 FPS while hosting co-op , 70-80 standing at mountain crash site in singleplayer.

What resolution? I'm playing at 1440p and have more than 80-90 FPS on medium-high settings with 12600k, 3070Ti and 32GB ram. Snowy area always gives me less FPS, so if it's winter, then yeah you will have a bit less, but i dont think that would be the ideal for a 10900x and a 2080ti

maybe try to update drivers, thats the easiest thing you can do. Verify game files, reset your graphics setting and set it up again

oh yea i forgot 1440p as well I mean I use Geforce so im sure my drivers are up to date.

thats normal especially when at the beginning of a playthrough. the more you build the lower your fps will be though.
