Problem with RSR (Radeon Super Resolution)

I can't turn on Radeon Super Resolution even though I set a resolution lower than the native one in full screen, is it because the game supports FSR?To change the topic, with literally everything set to ultra, I have a terribly blurry image due to antaliasing (I turned off both motion blur options) and when I turn off antialiaing, it is even too sharp and the pixels can be counted, even though I have +- 100fps I feel like the game is running at 30, any ideas? graphics card rx 7900xt cpu i7 8700 16gb ram 3000MHz

I dont remember the settings for the game, but ussually you select the resolution of your monitor, then you activate FSR and it automatically renders a smaller resolution and do all the trick required to make it look like the resolution you set before... you are not supposed to use a lower resolution and then activate the FSR like you would be doing with supersampling.
