Tree Stumps
If I build an elevated cabin over a tree stump, will those trees eventually grow through my base and destroy it? I have tree respawn enabled, but I didnt know if there was a code that would prevent trees from growing if your house is above or nearby. Thanks!

Wow, what a random question :steamhappy:. My assumption would be the tree would just spawn through your base and not destroy it.

They will spawn through your base and not deal damage till you chop it down, then it will act as if it smashed your build.

If regrowth is on, but you need it gone for a build, chop the stump out. Three hits with the cuck-axe.

Thank you, appreciate it! Normally I dont build on top of stumps but I didnt have a choice this time around. But now I know you can just chop stumps out of the ground or use a chainsaw
