i can't either. in the notes it says "additional steps" haven't figured that out yet

idiots, theres a blueprint RIGHT NEXT TO IT.

with that u build a machine to upgrade the "metal" armor into the "golden" one we knew from before. now u can enter and find out how they didnt add anything new, youre welcome
