Did they move it in the update as i got the chair but not light.

Yes, it moved and actually I found it but forgot where. I think I found it in one of the new mini caves somewhere around the southern coast line. What I remember is that I used the hang glider to move along the southern coast line after being in maintainance bunker B and when the GPS displayed new, yet undiscovered places, I landed and investigated those area.

Update: I just ran around on the southern coast line and for some reason my GPS doesn't really show much ... at this point I'm not sure anymore in which cave I found the spotlight blueprint :/
