So Ancient Armor is not the same as Golden Armor?

Found out the hard way when standing in front of the door to open it but nuh uh.
So where is the Golden Armor then?
I use an interactive online map but when searching for Golden Armor it does not show up anything only the DOOR it is supposed to open.
Bummer.

You have to charge the armor, you should find a blueprint in front of the golden door where Timmy is standing. Then you have to build this and upgrade your armor in it with Solafite. Then you can enter the golden door.

you need a blueprint to build a thing where you can upgrade armor to gold, just like the weapons.

So, I don't have enough sulafite to do it more, but I noticed I can put my ancient armor in the armor upgrade more than once, does anyone know if this makes a difference? Or is once all I really need?

If you find the pickaxe you can mine more at any vein you see.

Other than that I have no idea if it can be upgraded further or not.

Oh I have the pickaxe, I've been mining it like crazy. I was about to beat the game at this point though and wasn't sure if it could be upgraded further
