Encountering these things in the third main cave is ridiculous, especially with everything else in there already at that point in your progression. Leaves you with having to just run through caves which kills the point of them...

I do like the fact that we have the option to run through some parts of the caves though. I've been through these first 3 caves over 20 times and i still hate doing them but it's part of the game. later in the game when my base is done, i'll go back and clear them out and collect the story items that i missed.
