Power usage and batteries - do the batteries ever drain?

I don't see any wattage values or battery meters, so I can't tell if my powered fences need 4 solar panels and 4 batteries, or 4 panels and 1 battery, or just 1 total.

It makes a power surge noise (on connection) so once it needs more juice it will power down. Pretty simple really.

Does the battery drain faster if the lights are on?

Only thing I've noticed is you'll be warned when you don't have enough power, but Batteries are a dime a dozen and Solar Panels are pretty easy to get. (Especially if you allow loot to respawn on load via settings)

How much power you need to power exactly how much stuff I have no idea and no interest in finding out lol. All I know is I got 3 solar panels + Batteries powering like 30 Electric Fences 24/7 just fine.
