Stalker mutant

A creepy mutant watching you from far distances and who only attack if you go near them. Even if i like the sons of the forest mutants, i do not find them really scary because of their behaviors. That why i think we need mutant with creepy behaviors like this one ( or something similar) tell me what y'all think about this
