This, its the closest you will get as far as i know. Green Hell has more brutal survival mechanics however

There are some other games like this one besides green hell, but all of them are downgrades in pretty much every way.

I was going to mention Stranded Deep as it was pretty fun for me for a while. It’s not very similar in terms of horror gameplay but the survival aspect is cool.

Like others mentioned above, 'green hell' is the closest one.

But most survival games work similar.
You chrash somewhere in the nowhere. have to figure out what happened and then trying to escape.

So other recommended games would be Valheim, planet Crafter, Enshrouded, subnautica (if you haven't played yet), Rising World (pure sandbox), Osiris: new dawn (but very buggy and unfinished) or Ikarus.

Subnautica would be the underwater equivalent for the base builder lovers. Good fun.

Vambies means uninstall game for me.

Also mist survival but this game was great fun till it all got ruined.

Ive noticed many games ruined by unreal 5 engine.
