I mean shout out to the game not being $80 like most.
SOTF already had a discount as well.
And if not on release, there might be one at a later time.
Devs only stated it's not been planned to change on the regular price on release.
That doesn't include temporary discounts.
Then why do you think they would lower it?
Sure they could throw it on sale at full release but that would be a slap in the face for everyone that paid full price when it released EA. That wouldn't be a smart move for them.
It's not the first time SOTF had a discount. There have been several sales during various Steam events or already.
I don't feel it as a slap in the face. It's just like any sales. Sometimes you're lucky, sometimes others are.
