An unsafe base location?
Most people want to build in a "safe" spot. I want my base attacked as much as possible. Best spots?

The beach with the single soldier camp near the life raft. It’s both safe and unsafe in the fact that cannibals and mutants avoid salt water and a base can be built in the sea and there’s only one direction they can attack from. However, it’s also unsafe because cannibals are constantly attacking and patrolling the beach just further down. I face maybe two to three raids a day.

Start the Game over again and again, until you get a File with endless attacks.

The place where you build dosn't Matter. The enemys Spawn. So either you have a save with Bad spawns or not. As the spawning is super Buggy and unconsistent.
You can build right in front of caves that has creepy mutants in them (like the rope gun and rebreather caves). After a while, a lot of creepy mutants will spawn around the entrances.

There's also the cannibal camps as well. Building near them without destroying their tents will ensure they will come to you quite often.

And finally, if there's a dirt pathway, it's usually a patrol route for enemies. Lakes and rivers tend to attract cannibals as they drink from them.

Never heard about this, is this an intended feature?

btw if you beat the game and choose to stay you get to have the chance of new mutants spawning in your world, demon end cave mini boss, virginia mutant from the first game and what can only be described as armsy

edit, i should also add that leaving the enemy effigies alone that the cannibals place down causes their aggression and spawning to increase in the local area vs destroying them lowering the aggression, plus destroying camps lowers attacks

That seems like bad advice. The attacks are based on days passed, caves visited and progress with a lot of RNG mixed in.

There should not exist a "bugged" save where it's infinite & endless attacks. If you do have one and diddnt use mods or cheats to do it, please share. I'd love to experince that.

I already send my Safe to this survivalist Dude, but never got an answer. Ask him, as i deleted my Game a few months ago because of this spawning nonsense.

When they finaly fixed the spawning issue, where you either get hordes or nothing, than i'm sorry.
Eventually i Install it again.
I Just hatet this all or nothing so much, even in Low settings.
