When you crouch, the screen goes dark around the edges. I'm not a fan of this myself, gotta admit.
[sic] sorry my grammar software on my phone corrected you, not on purpose. I see what you mean. Sort of like a Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay thing gone the opposite route. I'd like it if crounching slightly improves your vision during the night, not too much, just ever so slightly. Like entering into your own subtle predator mode as a player.
Maybe a bad idea if overdone. Not sure.
lol you played that game? That brings back memories, I have very fond memories of that game. But yeah, that predator mode sounds like a good idea. Maybe even add stealth takedowns, flesh out the stealth mechanics. I always think about it when I'm sneaking around in caves, I'd love to stealth kill the puffies or whatever they are called.
